NEW/UPDATED Coaches Training and Test Online - REQUIRED

Information Provided by KMSL - effective Spring 2023

Please read carefully as this message has several changes for this year (i.e., Practice Certification test, On the field training, Coaches Required Test).

In accordance of creating a uniform training and testing for coaches, ALL coaches are required to complete the Coaches Training which is online via the information link below and then confirmation of acknowledgment that they reviewed the material on the second link. ALL coaches are required to complete and pass the Coaches Test which is online via the link below, with a score of 75% or higher.

KMSL has created a uniform online training that covers the basics for coaching.
Why? In the Fall 2022 season, coaches were arguing with the refs over items that are in the rule book.
The rules are clearly defined,; refs are in charge of the game. Period. We do not argue with the refs. 
If you have an issue, please contact the SSC President after the game for clarification.

Effective for the Spring 2023 Season, KMSL wants to ensure coaches have read the material, acknowledge the material and take the test.
You must have 75 % or better to pass.
Make sure you read and understand all of the information before you take the test.
We recommend printing the rule book to review before you take the test; after you take and pass the test, store the rule book in your coach bag.

The test is based off of the referee test; if the refs can pass the test, all coaches should be able to as well.
